For Windows 7 operating system, to determine what bit count of Windows is your computer running, examine the system information. There is a simply way to do this, just use the following steps.

First, click Start button in the left bottom corner, and then you can see a shortcut called "Control Panel", click and get into it. After getting in Control Panel, the first item System and Security is right here. Click it to continue.
In the System and Security category of Control Panel, click System.
The System type is under System section, look for it among the other statistics about your computer. The System type will report either a 32-bit Operating System or a 64-bit Operating System.
