Windows 7 Language Packs (RTM MUI, Direct Download Links from Windows Update)

Last week I found the Windows 7 MUI (Multilingual User Interface) language packs from official Windows Update site when I was trying to change my Windows 7 display language from Chinese to English. Those download links are from Official Windows Update site. As far as is known, that can only be used in Windows 7 RTM (original version without updating to Windows 7 SP1).
